How Pre-order Works
Now you can order your duty free shopping before you travel and have it packed and waiting for you to collect at the airport when you leave Canada.
So you will not only save money with our great duty and tax free prices, you will also save time at the airport.
Downtown Price (Tax Inc.)
The Downtown Price (Tax Inc.) on our website is included to help you with your purchase decision by indicating the price that the product would be at local store. Our Downtown Price (Tax Inc.) price includes GST & HST or HST where appropriate.
Step One:
In the box(es) located above the product details, type in the quantity of product you wish to purchase.
Step Two:
Click "Add to pre-orders" to place the product selected in the desired quantity in your shopping basket. At any time during shopping you may review the items in your basket by clicking on "View your basket now" at upper right hand area. You may change your mind, remove item(s) in your basket or cancel the entire order before placing it.
Step Three:
When you've completed shopping, click the "View pre-orders" link found on each page. Follow the onscreen instructions to proceed through the checkout process. After your pre-order has been submitted, a “Thank You” page will be displayed and your order number will be provided, confirming that your pre-order was successfully received. An email confirming receipt of your pre-order should arrive shortly after your order has been submitted. Just add your selected products to the shopping basket. Input your contact and travel details on the Checkout screens . Pre-orders must be placed at least 24 hours prior to departure and will be available for collection from 3 hours before
flight departure time.
On departure you can collect your purchases at the “Pre-orders pick up point” at the relevant duty free store post security. If you are flying international your collection point is at our International store. If you are flying to a destination in the U.S. your collection point is located at our Transborder store. Please see Store Location section.
The point of transaction will occur at the airport and you will be able to collect and pay for your products by simply presenting the shop staff with your boarding pass and copy of your order confirmation.
